With so much content, inspirational speakers, innovators and worship leaders to pack into these training events we’ve had to expand them! In addition to the Worship Central team (Tim Hughes, Al Gordon, Ben Cantelon & Nikki Fletcher) guest speakers and worship leaders include Mike Pilavachi, Martin Smith, Nicky Gumbel, Phil Whickham, Beth Croft and Phil Wall. Worship Central is for worship leaders, musicians and everyone passionate about the worshipping life of the local church. The event will include extended times of worship, teaching and ministry, as well as an engaging mix of practical, theological and leadership workshops that will challenge and inspire worship teams. This will be the only Worship Central conference in London this year so don’t miss out!

Empower the Effective Team // Al Gordon. What does it take to become an effective worship team? A look at some principles and practicalities of how we can work together to have a lasting impact on our churches, covering everything from auditions to working with our leadership.
Encounter the Creator // Popular theologian Mike Lloyd takes us on a theological discovery into the creativity of God.
Vocal Masterclass // Jono McNeil, performer and senior lecturer at the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM), will bring his extensive experience in this hands-on workshop. Expect to be challenged and inspired to reach your full vocal potential as you serve in your local church.

The original Worship Central Sofa makes a comeback for this years Live Lounge, and will be the setting for Al to interview our friends Phil Wickham, Martin Smith, Beth Croft and our very own Ben Cantelon (or ‘Hot Ben’ as he prefers to be known.) Informal, inspiring and in the downstairs room.
1715 // Organists Gathering
One of the exciting things happening is a growing sense of friendship and partnership between traditional and modern expressions of worship. Simon Dixon, HTB’s Director of Classical music, will be hosting this key gathering for organists and music directors to look at how the classical and the contemporary can work together.

MIKE PILAVACHI
Mike Pilavachi is the founder of the youth organization Soul Survivor. Tens of thousands of young people attend Soul Survivor festivals each year across the world. As well as pastoring his local church, Soul Survivor Watford, Mike has a passion for raising-up worship leaders. His books include “Storylines”, “Worship, Evangelism & Justice” and “For The Audience of One”.
MARTIN SMITH
Martin is married to Anna and they have six children; Elle-Anna, Noah, Indi-Anna, Levi, Ruby and Mary. Based in Littlehampton at Arun Community Church, Martin is the front guy in the band Delirious? Their songs include ‘I Could Sing Of Your Love Forever’, ‘Majesty’ and ‘What A friend I’ve Found’. Martin and Anna have recently started Compassionart; a charity which raises money to help breathe life into the poorest communities, restoring hope and igniting justice.
PHIL WICKHAM
Phil Wickham is an extremely popular worship leader and songwriter based in California, USA. He spends his days leading worship at churches around the world. His songs include ‘Beautiful’, ‘Cannons’ and ‘Because of Your Love’. He recently released a free downloadable acoustic album called ‘Sing-along’ and his latest album is ‘Heaven and Earth’. Phil is married to Mallory.
NICKY GUMBEL
Nicky Gumbel is the vicar of Holy Trinity Brompton, and the pioneer of the Alpha Course, an introduction to the Christian faith done by over 13 million people around the world. Nicky speaks regularly at national and international Alpha conferences, and is married to Pippa. They live in central London and have three children, Henry, Jonathan and Rebecca. He is also Vice President of Tear Fund.
PHIL WALL
Phil is founding CEO of Signify Ltd, a Leadership Development and Executive Coaching company. He is married and has three young children. They live in London, England. He is credited by senior leaders of numerous UK companies as the prime catalyst for transforming the leadership capacity and influence of their leadership teams. His clients include FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
BEN CANTELON
Ben Cantelon has recently joined the Worship Central Team after serving as the Worship Pastor at Soul Survivor. His latest studio album ‘Running After You,’ was released last summer and his songs include ‘Love Came Down’, ‘Remain’ and ‘Hallelujah’. Ben has a wealth of experience regularly leading worship at the Soul Survivor festivals along with other conferences worldwide. He is married to Alice.
NIKKI FLETCHER
Nikki Fletcher is now part of the Worship Central team and leads worship at Holy Trinity Brompton. She is originally from Sydney, Australia, where she spent many years leading worship as one of the worship pastors at C3 Church Oxford Falls. Many of her songs are featured on C3’s live recordings and DVD’s. Nikki is married to Jonathan, and has just had her first baby, little Jones.
NICK & BECKY DRAKE
Nick & Becky lead worship at their home church St Paul’s Hammersmith, London, where Nick is also Director of Music and Creative Arts. Together, Nick and Becky have released an all age worship album called ‘Big Family Of God’ with a vision to see the whole family, married or not, with or without kids, worship together. Nick & Becky have a little girl called Daisy Bee.

Tim Hughes heads up Worship Central, and is on the staff at Holy Trinity Brompton in London, UK, where he leads worship. His songs include ‘Here I Am To Worship’, ‘Happy Day’ and ‘Beautiful One’. Tim is married to Rachel and they have a little girl called Phoebe and a little boy called Simeon.
AL GORDON
Al Gordon helps head up Worship Central, and is on the staff of Holy Trinity Brompton in London, UK, where he leads worship. His songs include ‘Because of Your Love’, ‘Glory in the Highest’ and ‘Worship the Lord’. Al is married to Olivia and they have a son called Kester and a baby daughter called Natalia.’
