X3 WATCH
Here is a great, free (or premium, if you want more content) app for both the mac and PC. X3 watch is designed to keep people accountable for what they look at on the internet. I have this on my mac so if I ever did get tempted by pornography and watched something online, the report and link would go to my wife. (I’ve set it up this way – it’s not a default!) This is obviously not a fool / fail proof solution but could be of use to some people? Anyway, check it out at http://www.x3watch.com/.

‘This program helps you with online integrity. Whenever you browse the Internet and access a site that may contain questionable material, the program will save the site name on your computer. Approximately every two weeks or 30 days, a person of your choice will receive an e-mail containing all possible questionable sites you may have visited within the month. This information is meant to encourage an open and honest conversation between friends and help us all be more’.
Love it. Someone suggested putting your mum as one of the people that gets emailed. That’s a deterrent if you ever needed one.

Does anybody have an expanded (non compressed, dmg file) of X3 watch version 1.3. Can you email it to me? Everytime I try to install it, it crashes.

Great app, i’ve had this for a few years, and yep you’ve guessed it the report goes to my Mum and to a pastor who sits next to me in the office!
